Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Where to find your tracking number

• Check your shipping confirmation email (and your spam or promotions folder, just in case).
• If you created an account, log in and open your order history.

Tracking not updating?

Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first update after a label is created. If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, or you haven't received a shipping email, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
